Emergency financial aid

Housing solidarity fund (FSL)

This fund provides means-tested help if you're struggling to access housing because of the initial expense (security deposit, agency fees, first month's rent, etc.) or to keep you in your home if you've fallen behind with the rent. Saint-Étienne Métropole doubled the fund in 2021, as part of the Covid emergency measures.
